but first a look back :) ellis and beckett...almost 3 and almost 1. the same exact ages beckett and emery are now. what an ENTIRELY different experience. we all know beckett is a lot to handle. so it should come as no surprise that he was a lot to handle back then, too. i remember this day like it was yesterday. he was already BONKERS. had been walking since 10 months (so he was running at this point)...didn't want to be in the stroller for a minute. it is SO crazy for me to imagine emery being like he was. i should have known what was in store for me when this cowboy was so crazy this early in life. i am exhausted just looking at these pictures....
he was literally in the stroller for 3 minutes of the entire morning we were there...
and fast forward two years...beckett is in the same western shirt!!! he can still wear 24 month stuff :)
we did pony rides, pig races, mutton bustin', rides, games, lunch, etc. we were there over 3 hours. thankful for susu who helped me keep up with 3 children (beckett on the loose is a scary thing)...
first ferris wheel ride..
emery loved it!!! and wouldn't you know...NEVER left the stroller. not even for a diaper change! never made even a whimper. happiness is emery :)
and then i look down and she is out....
i am for sure being paid back for dealing with beckett (and doing so w/out CPS having to get involved!)
