beckett started tee ball!!!!!  so very exciting and so so so very cute!!!!  he loves it.  his first game is thursday...GO ANGELS!  perfect team name, right?

so proud of himself...

and just when i think he is almost grown up, he adopts a new, strange quirk.  the last couple weeks it has been removing EVERY ANIMAL from his room at night.  why, you ask??? because they are "looking at him"

the day started not great

beckett screwed with ellis' ipod so bad that this is what it said:

how does that even happen?

yes...that says over 22 million minutes.  she had it locked with a passcode but he was relentless.  if you put the wrong code in too many times, it disables.  

it is now disabled for however long that equals.   i see a trip to the genius bar in my near future :)

and then i found out that i can't even cook instant oatmeal.  awesome.

but then i had lunch with my favorite first grader!!  mcdonalds :)

tomorrow is grandparents day so she gets another lunch date :)

first things first

yes, my littlest two started school last week.  but i am not posting on that just yet.  let's get the important stuff out of the way first ;) ...like the AMAZING house we were so lucky to stay in last week in cabo!!!!  we all said we wished we had the moment we walked into the house on video...like we were contestants on bachelor pad or something equally trashy.  running from room to room FREAKING out.    

5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, infinity pool, spa, fire pit, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, balconies, restaurant grade margarita machine, eight AC units.  why wouldn't you have one for each bedroom?  makes sense to me :)  the house was huge obviously...but the attention to detail was just crazy.  every bathroom was GORGEOUS.  i was even jealous of every closet.  craziness, craziness, craziness!!!

this was me after the first night out...we had decided it would be our "crazy" night.  i did not disappoint :)

blame it on mexico

just took emery and beckett to sharky's for lunch and then for ice cream...it's their last day of summer! their school starts a week later than everyone else...guess i'm just lucky like that :)  the point of my post is that she dressed in a dora nightgown...which she would argue is a dress.  she also chose mismatched flip flops that are not hers for footwear.  the best part???  i didn't care!!!  leaving tomorrow for a blissful week in mexico!!!!!!!!!!!  

5 couples.  no kids.  a totally ridiculous house.  bueno :)

1st grade

she loves it of course!!  she didn't even want me to get out of the car with her on the first day of school!!!  she is so easy going...no worries EVER.  kinda like her mama.  and she looked so cute...burberry...cause she's fancy like that :)  

bebe started a tradition with kindergarten...a trip to neiman's the week before school starts to pick out her first day outfit.  super fun!!  and this was all her doing...100% her choice.  she also chose a white fur jacket...but that's another story :)  

when we were checking out, my mom mentioned it being her first day outfit.  the saleslady looked slightly horrified and said, "she doesn't do private?"  lol lol lol...pooooooor ellis :)

1st week complete for ellis!  one more week of summer for the littlest 2.  and because i am always trying to give others a chance for mother of the year, i will be in cabo for their first day of school :)  oopsies!
