i just realized i have never posted a picture of emery w/ her eyes open! she does have them...blue ones..just like her big brother and sister. and here they are...
that is ellis giving emery her bottle. i didn't give ellis enough credit. during my pregnancy, everyone said ellis would be SUCH a big help when the baby came. i would just smile and agree :) i had no idea how much she would really be able to do. she can give her an entire bottle and do a decent job burping her...but emery is not a big burper. in fact, i don't even stop in the middle to do it...i wait till she finishes it off...and 9 out of 10 times, no burp. the good news? she isn't a spitter upper either...twice in 2 weeks. not too bad :)
omg that's so sweet of ellis! you're so lucky emery's not big on the spitup! i think i had to burp rylie 3 times per bottle & she'd still spit up after! lol
