beckett's first day of school was today :) can you hear the angels singing? because i can. i could hear him start crying as i walked away. and between the hours of 9 and 2:30 p.m, i kept waiting for a call. come pick up your cry baby kid! thankfully, that call never came :) at pick up, the teachers said he was a total flirt. no surprise there...beckett is a smiler...everyone knows that. they also said he slept on his napmat. it surprised me when ellis did it and i am even more surprised by beckett. i didn't even ask how long he slept...didn't want to seem anal on the first day!! of course, he also cried periodically throughout the day...normal. anyways..it was a success!
look @ his GINORMOUS backpack!! when i put it on him, he fell over. but his napmat, lunch, 3 diapers, and a change of clothes all fit in there...no complaints from me :) i think he is practicing his "hook 'ems" in this picture...told you, days away from mastering!
here he is @ school w/ his gal pal kate...so what if they are only a week apart and she is 16 feet taller than him :)
and tomorrow is the first day for ellis...she doesn't go on tuesdays...that is our "girl day". she was pissed when she saw men in the restaurant we ate @ after ballet today. i don't think she quite understands :) anyways...she has already changed her mind on the outfit 3 times. i am going to need an extra dose of patience in the morning!!!
