destin: emery edition

i have never seen anything quite like emery catherine on the beach.  she was nucking futs.  seriously. crazy.  taking off into the ocean every chance she got and mad as hell when i tried to hold her hand.  it was hilarious.  she would get knocked over by a wave, i would fish her out of the ocean (she would be laughing), and then wanted to do it all over again.  she is my first child to love the sand at this age too.  bonus.  she also looked really cute while being cray cray :)

i also want to send a shout out to emery for sleeping so perfectly while in destin.  she slept till 9 or later everyday...and was in bed by 7.  napped 1-4.  the ocean takes it out of a girl!

 i realized on the last night there that i wasn't in one single picture from the trip.  how shitty is that?  about as shitty as these pictures turned out!!!!  oh well :)
