where oh where has my baby boy gone?

when people tell you to enjoy every moment because they grow up fast, believe them!!! please look at the difference between beckett 6 months ago and beckett now!!! here is a picture from this summer:and one from the other day...

somebody got a haircut :) and somebody's mom isn't used to it yet!! i sat there in horror as the lady chopped off every last curl. it was like i was frozen...didn't know what to do...until it was all gone...and too late :(

not only does he look different, but he is almost a full fledged toddler. he can speak in full sentences, count to at least 11, and sing his ABC's pretty perfectly. of course, ellis could do that and more at this age...but he is a boy...and they are supposed to be "slower"...

he got jealous that i profiled ellis' purple boots on here and not his...so without furthur ado...

he loves them!!! we are sooo ready for go texan day :)
