party like a princess

ellis went to a birthday party this weekend where she met "the real" cinderella. it was actually my friend's 16 year old cousin who dressed the part. it was so cute though...ellis totally bought into it. but not before asking me if she was the real cinderella :) after getting confirmation from me, ellis asked if she could go talk to the real cinderella. sure thing. so she chatted her up...asking where her mean step sisters were and things of that nature. what really impressed ellis was that the real cinderella (she adds "the real" to it every time) knew her name. that was big.

we went to a spider b-day party 2 weekends ago...ellis did pretty good given the fact that she hates bugs or anything that comes close. this coming weekend one of her girlfriends is having a dinosaur party @ the museum of natural science. all ellis wants to know is if the dinosaurs will be real and why a girl would want them at her birthday party when "those are for boys"...
