halloween...take two

cupcake cuteness!  i have just accepted the fact that she will forever have mosquito bites on her face.  something in her blood i guess...they freaking LOVE her.  we have a busy week filled with halloween parties and parades...so excited for the weather they are claiming is on the way for the weekend!! too bad it wasn't here on sunday for my half marathon :(  we still made it in a little less than 1:57...and our goal was 2 hours.  YAY!  however, we will not be doing less than 9 minute miles for the marathon.  i can't imagine!  i am tired just thinking about it...

we only have like 20 more costumes to try out.  i am convinced my mom is addicted to buying halloween costumes!!  beckett has a really cute doctor one that matches the nurses...but this was so much more fun :)

running and running and then running some more...

i remember a time when i thought a half marathon was far :)  my how things have changed!!  over the last 7 weeks, my long runs have been 9, 10, 10, 12, 14, 12, 11, and then this weekend i will be running in a "real" half marathon.  i am about halfway through the training program for the marathon in january...exciting!!  i loove it!!

you can't really tell in the video, but this slide is meant for children a little older than em :)  she is not afraid!!!  she climbed up through the maze (following brother and sister) and down the slide at least 10 times.  she loved.

thankfully, i had been wanting to get these chairs recovered....

sweet boy has been potty trained since right after his second birthday...but when he sleeps, all bets are off!  this day he dozed off during a little tom and jerry...and well, you can see what happened :)
