the girl (my first girl)

i knew ellis would smile...but sometimes she does fake smiles that are not cute. or she is smiling but not looking at the camera. she can't ALWAYS be perfect :) i think this first one is my favorite...

and she is the reason for all of the purple. i got their outfits for these pictures before emery was even born...when ellis was in her "purple is the only color in the world" phase. i wasn't sure how long it would last and i sure as hell wasn't taking any chances :)
