emery turned three years old today :( actually kinda sad...how can she already be three???  in honor of her big day, i present to you a book i was shown at first grade open house for ellis a couple of months ago.  i was crying (real tears of laughter) as i read it.  it is so random yet so hilarious at the same time.  i triple LOVE it.

FIVE YEARS OLD!

my boy turns five today!!  SO hard to believe (since he still acts three!)...he is the sweetest, cutest, most sensitive little thing around.  emery could totally kick his ass.  i just love him to pieces.  all he has asked for is candy and for me to sleep with him in his bed :)  done and done.  happy birthday beckett!  you are soooo loved by everyone!!!!

he has recently discovered a love for skylanders (after christmas of course)...

ellis (and then emery followed suit) wanted to dress as ninjini (one of the girl characters from skylanders)...

aunt emily made the portal of power cake!  it looks just like the real thing...

we set skylanders up on the big living room TV...heaven for beckett

almost famous

ellis was in her first school play!  and she was brave enough to try out for a speaking part :)  making me proud!!  it was super cute...i will spare you from the video but will put a few pictures on here once i download.  

ps- a certain little boy in my house turns FIVE tomorrow...eeeek!!!  

rodeo time!

we did the humble rodeo a few weeks ago...tomorrow we brave the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo!  Spring Break 2013 is off to a great start :)

little miss got fancied up for lunch...she did all of her accessorizing

she knew she looked cray...and she loved it

we got a sitter (love getting total strangers to watch my kids!) and went out for one of the last nights!  caribou club.  fancy restaurant that turns into best people watching club ever @ 11 ish.  SO MUCH FUN!

we might have been overserved

i managed to ski the next day (others did not!) one more mellow marshmallow before heading south...

it was so much fun!!!  a trip we will remember forever...the kids too!!  they just LOVED it.  thank you bebe and bo!!!!!  we love you!!!!
